Joy Station: Free Samsung S21 Rules & Regulations

Definitions

“Company”

The Company is Living Realty Inc.

“The Gift”

The Gift shall be a new, unlocked base model Samsung S21 to be purchased by the Company at the Company’s sole expense from sources deemed to be reliable.  There is no cash value or cash-in-exchange for the Gift.  Data plans, services, accessories or sim cards are not included with the Gift.

Rules

To qualify for the Gift:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must be a resident of Ontario.
  • You must register your interest in the project by completing the webform on https://newhomemarket.ca/projects/joy-station-condos/ or https://newhomes.livingrealty.com/joy-station-condos/
  • You must have successfully signed a firm and binding purchase and sale agreement for a condominium apartment unit at Joy Station condos in Markham by Liberty Development which shall include the delivery of all post-dated deposit cheques as well as a mortgage commitment or approval letter in a form acceptable to the Developer at the Developer’s sole discretion.
  • The Company must be named as the co-operating, or referring brokerage, in the purchase agreement.
  • The representing agent must be registered with the Company
  • The gift will available for pick-up to the Buyer within 30 calendar days after the Builder confirms acceptance of the Buyer’s form of mortgage approval/commitment or bank comfort letter.
  • You must provide a valid email and contact phone number

Corporate (non-person) entities do not qualify for the Gift

Only one Gift per unit purchased, even if multiple buyers are named on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale

No receipts/gift receipts will be provided with the Gift.

The Gift shall be obtained from sources that are deemed to be reliable, however the Company does not represent or warrant the working condition of the Gift.  The recipient shall rely on any service warranties and guarantees provided for by the manufacturer of the Gift.

Recipients shall claim all Gifts solely at their own risk.

Recipient must pick up the Gift from any one of the Company’s office locations within 30-days upon being notified of its availability.
