Artform condos is a new 17-storey condo development in the Cooksville area of Mississauga. Located close to both Cooksville GO train station and the future Hurontario LRT, it will be a condo with excellent transit links when completed.

Artform condos has a variety of models available that are either one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, or two-bedroom plus den layouts and these come in a range of sizes. The one-bedroom plus den suites range from 475 to 750 square feet, the two-bedroom suites range from 651 to 750 square feet, and the two-bedroom plus den suites range from 671 to 885 square feet. All models include either a balcony or terrace for outdoor space and all but two of the models have two bathrooms. Balconies/terraces range in size from 29 to 221 square feet.

Taxes are expected to be approximately 1% of the purchase price.
