Central District Towns is a new stacked townhome development located on Kingston Road in Pickering. The development will contain 88 townhomes that will be split across three blocks, according to development plans submitted to the City of Pickering. Those three blocks will stand south to north, with the block fronting onto Kingston Road containing 30 units and the two other clocks each containing 29 units.

The 88 stacked townhomes at Central District Towns will come in a range of layouts and sizes. Each townhome will have two bedrooms but the size of the home will range from 940 to 1,154 square feet in floor space. That means Central District Towns will have spacious floorplans ideal for those who need more space.

The majority of parking at Central District Towns will be in an underground parking garage that will seat beneath the development and contain 86 residential parking spaces and 22 long-term bicycle parking spaces. At grade, there will be an additional two residential parking spaces, 18 visitor parking spaces, and 66 long term bicycle parking spaces. In total, that means there will be enough for one car parking space and one long-term bicycle parking space for each unit.

Sales are scheduled to begin in fall 2021 and we expect demand to be very high for a development located in a prime spot in the west of Pickering with good access to highway 401 and the GO train.
