CG Tower is a new condo in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre located at Highway 7 & Jane St.

Rising 60 stories, CG Tower will be the tallest residential building in Vaughan upon competition, offering stunning views across York region and the GTA from the top of the tower.

The high-rise condo will contain 507 residential units and these will come in a variety of layouts: studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom and three-bedroom. Some units come with a balcony, but not all have this feature included. An underground parking space is included with some larger units and there will be an additional parking maintenance fee of approximately $50/month for residents with a space
