Duo Condos - More Details

Duo Condos is a new high-rise condo development in Brampton. It compromises two 26-storey residential towers that will be joined together by a shared podium. Overall, there are expected to around 800 residential suites in tower one, tower two and the podium, The first release is for tower one, which contains 349 residential suites.

The suites at Duo Condos come in a range of layouts and sizes, including:

Studio – 428 sq. ft.
One-bedroom – 438 to 627 sq. ft.
One-bedroom plus den (one bathroom) – 580 to 638 sq. ft.
One-bedroom plus den (two bathrooms) – 618 to 622 sq. ft.
Two-bedroom – 678 to 840 sq. ft.
Two-bedroom plus den – 818 to 844 sq. ft.

Parking will be available in an underground parking garage and a space will be included with the purchase of each suite that is one-bedroom plus den or larger. For smaller suites there is a waiting list for parking spaces. Storage lockers are also available to purchase for $5,000 plus HST. Maintenance fees are expected to be approximately $0.63/sq. ft. including heating and cooling but with utilities metered separately. There will be additional maintenance fees of $69.95/month for parking spaces and $19.95/month for storage lockers.
