Forest District - More Details

Forest District is a development of new townhomes and semi-detached homes in a fantastic Pickering location close to the border with Toronto.

In total there are 109 homes planned at Forest District and these are split into three categories. The first group of homes is known as The Ivy Collection and this is a set of rear-lane townhomes that stand on the southern and eastern edge of the development, looking out onto Finch Avenue and Altona Road. Next is The Willow Collection, which are traditional townhomes that stand in the centre of the Forest District development. Last of all is The Woodland Collection, a group of semi-detached homes on the western and north edges of the development, backing onto woodlands – as the name suggests.

While all the rear-lane townhomes are sold out, there are still seven traditional townhome models available. The largest of these models has a four-bedroom floorplan and 2,070 square feet of above grade living space. The other six models all have three bedrooms and range from 1,975 to 2,045 square feet. All of these models have three above-grade floors, an attached single garage at the front of the property and a yard at the rear.

There is still inventory for all the semi-detached models at Forest District. Ranging from 2,150 to 2,410 square feet, all these homes have three bedrooms, a yard at the rear, a main floor deck overlooking the yard, and an attached garage at the front that can house one car.

While the homes at Forest District will be freehold, they will be located on a private road and as such there will be a monthly maintenance fee for residents.
