North Oak Condos at Oakvillage is the latest phase of the Oakvillage master-planned community in Oakville by Minto Communities.

It is a multi-phase condo development, with two towers already launched and a third – Tower 3 – now available. Tower 3 of North Oak Condos at Oakvillage is a 20-storey residential condo tower that stands by itself, unlike the first two towers of this phase, which are joined together. It contains 239 suites in a range of shapes and sizes.

The one-bedroom suites range from 517 to 576 sq. ft. and have prices starting in the $600,000s. The one-bedroom plus den suites are from 615 to 710 sq. ft. and prices begin in the $700,000s. The two-bedroom suites have between 743 and 831 sq. ft. of indoor floor space and prices for all models begin in the upper $800,000s. Finally, the two-bedroom plus den models range from 918 to 980 sq. ft. and prices start in the $1 millions.

All of the suites in tower 3 of North Oak Condos at Oakvillage have a balcony, which offers and additional 46 to 99 sq. ft. of floor space. Suites will also come with smart features, such as a mobile-controlled smart home system with:

A Bell internet and Minto intelligence package is available, with a maintenance fee of $54.95 + HST. Current incentives include one free parking space with every suite purchased.
