NuTowns - More Details

NuTowns is a new community of urban and traditional townhomes in Pickering by Madison Homes.

There will be 193 homes in total at NuTowns and these are split into three categories: the City Series, the Street Series, and the Urban Series. Following on from a successful initial release, there will be a new release of homes in February 2021. After the new release, there will be two Urban models, four Street models and five City models available.

The two Urban models are stacked townhomes that are 1,274 and 1,727 square feet. The smaller of the model has two bedrooms while the larger model offers a three-bedroom layout. Both models come with an attached garage that provides direct access to the unit and they each have at least one balcony for outdoor space.

The City Series models at NuTowns are rear-lane townhomes with attached garages and three or four bedrooms. These models range from 1,916 to 2,703 sq. ft., have three floors, and each have two or three bathrooms plus a powder room.

The street series are traditional townhomes with attached garages at the front, three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms and a powder room, and three floors of living space.
