Total Towns is a new community of 79 townhomes in a popular north Oshawa location. The siteplan and floorplans for Total Towns can be viewed by clicking the View Floorplans button above. In all, there are five models for homes at Total Towns and they are as follows:

• The Stillwater – 3-bedroom, 1,680 and 1,749 sq. ft
• The Clearview – 3-bedroom, 1,674 sq. ft.
• The Blossom – 3-bedroom, 1,574 sq. ft.
• The Meadow – 3-bedroom, 1,699 and 1,755 sq. ft.
• The Wildflower – 3-bedroom, 1,779 sq. ft.

All the homes at Total Towns have three floors: a ground floor with a garage and a recreation room, a main floor with a kitchen and living spaces, and an upper floor with three bedrooms. Some models have extended layouts for end units.

The Stillwater and Clearview models have attached single garages at the front of the homes, with direct indoor access where grade permits. In the rear, these models have a yard. The Blossom, Meadow and Wildflower models are rear-lane towns with garages at the rear and outdoor terraces above.

The siteplan shows that the rear-lane models with be in six townhome blocks facing out onto Harmony Road. There will be another six townhome blocks behind and these will be comprised of the Stillwater and Clearview models.

Total Towns is located in a well-established part of Oshawa, with many amenities nearby. Whether it be shops, restaurants, recreational areas or transit hubs, most of what you need will be within easy reach. The location will be of particular interest to anyone commuting to a location in the GTA because Total Towns is just a five-minute drive away from Highway 407ETR and only 20 minutes away from Highway 401. In addition, Oshawa GO station, which offers train and bus services to elsewhere in the GTA, is just 15 minutes away and provides another commuting option.
