5North is a new condo development in Mattamy’s Preserve community in the north of Oakville. It will be seven storeys tall, with 150 residential suites located on the ground floor and the six floors above it. There are a range of layouts and sizes among the suites, with floorplans offering studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom layouts. All studio suites are sold out according to the developer, but the remaining models still have available units.
