Gallery Towers - More Details

Gallery Towers is a new development in downtown Markham that offers both condo suites and townhomes.

The current release is a two-tower condo development, with two glass towers standing on top of a 7-storey podium level. The two-storey townhomes at Gallery Towers will be located in the podium section, with some having their entrances on the ground floor and others on 7^th floor. The townhomes have two-bedroom plus den and three-bedroom layouts, range in size from 1,358 to 1,642 sq. ft., have either a patio or terrace for outdoor space, and have prices starting from the $1.3 millions.

The condo suites come in a variety of shapes and sizes, with the floorplans showing layouts for one bedroom, one bedroom plus a den, two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus a den, three bedrooms, and three bedrooms plus a den. There is a wide range of suite sizes, as you would expect, with the smallest suites starting at 552 sq. ft. and the largest suite at Gallery Towers having 1,548 sq. ft. of floor space. Most of the models include either a balcony or terrace for additional outdoor space.
