Joy Station Condos - More Details

Joy Station condos is a new development by Liberty Developments close to Mount Joy Station in Markham and currently in pre-construction.

This development consists of two high-rise towers in an L-configuration and joined together by a 7-storey podium level. There will also be a row of 12 townhomes included in a later phase of the development.

According to planning applications with the City of Markham, there will be 524 units in total in the two towers at Joy Station condos. The units will come in a variety of layouts, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, three-bedroom and four-bedroom. The majority of the units will be one-bedroom to two-bedroom plus den and these will range in size from 486 to 882 square feet. The larger three and four-bedroom units will be on the penthouse levels and these are from 1,107 to 1,848 square feet. There are floorplans available above for building B which is now on sale. The planning application shows that there will be a total of 6,780 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space combined at Joy Station condos . These amenities will be located on the ground floors of the two towers and on the roof of the podium in-between the two towers. IN addition to this, there are plans to build a small park in the north-east corner of the development for the benefit of residents.
