Central Condos - More Details

Central Condos is a new high-rise condo development at 38 Widmer Street in the Entertainment District in Toronto. The 52-storey building contains 426 residential units with remaining units ranging in size from 470 to 1,961 sq. ft. at the time of writing. The available layouts range from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom plus den and all units have outdoor space with either a balcony or a terrace.

The most recent release at Central Condos is the penthouse suites, which were launched in July 2021. These six luxury suites all have two levels and range from 1,001 to 1,961 sq. ft. of floor space. The penthouse suites all have more than one outdoor space, with some having multiple balconies and others offering a mix of balconies and a terrace. In total, the outdoor space will be between 60 sq. ft. to 177 sq. ft. when combined. The Central Penthouse collection is located on the 51^st and 52nd floors of Central Condos and will offer amazing views of downtown Toronto for the residents.

Central Condos has a number of impressive features to boast about. The building will have 100% WiFi connectivity, state-of-the-art conference rooms, and refrigerated parcel storage among other things. These are all impressive and welcome additions for a condo that sits in an area that is home to much of Toronto’s high-tech industry.
