The LakeFront Condos - More Details

The LakeFront condos is a new high-rise condo development that is part of the Concord CityPlace, masterplan in downtown Toronto and is located on the site of the former Loblaws head office.

The development consists of two residential condo towers, The LakeFront and The LakeShore, plus a large retail area that will include a new Loblaws store. The LakeFront is the tallest structure within the development, rising up to 41 storeys and it will contain 886 residential units.

As you can see from the floorplans, there is a wide range of floorplans at The LakeFront condos and these are split into three categories: The LakeFront Collection on floors 6 to 30, The 360 Collection on floors 31 to 46, and The Penthouse Collection on the 47th floor.

Units in the LakeShore Collection range from 455 to 878 square feet and have one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den/sunroom, and three-bedroom floorplans. Units in the 360 Collection have one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den/sunroom, three-bedroom, and three-bedroom plus study floorplans that range from 455 to 933 square feet. The Penthouse Collection consists of three units, each with three bedrooms and 1,442, 1,550 and 1,760 square feet floorplans.
