M2M Squared - More Details

M2M Squared is the second phase of the M2M mixed-use development by Aoyuan International.

Located at Yonge and Cummer in North York, upon completion, the M2M community will include five residential condo buildings with 1,750 units, a new community centre, a public park, a large daycare, and over 180,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space – providing a place for people to work, rest and play.

M2M Squared itself is a two-tower development, with the towers joined by a podium level that will also contain the new community centre. Units in the two buildings come in a broad range of layouts, with models from one-bedroom to three-bedroom plus a den. The units range in indoor floor space from 443 to 1,015 sq. ft. and have an additional 46 to 253 sq. ft. of outdoor space, with a balcony, terrace or combination.

There is a large range of amenities at M2M Squared, as can be seen form the list above, and these are spread across a number of floors, with the first, third, fifth, sixth and tenth floors all offering something for residents.

Parking is available to purchase with units that have two or more bedrooms. There is a waitlist for parking spaces for smaller units. Locker units are also available to purchase. Maintenance fees at M2M Squared are expected to be approximately $0.59/sq. ft. and there will be an additional parking maintenance fee of $49.95/month and a locker maintenance fee of $14.54/month.
