Oakridge Green is a new development by Sundance Homes in the north-east of Richmond Hill. It is the area of Richmond Hill with the least development up to now but that is changing as multiple developments are creating a new low-rise neighbourhood surrounded by nature areas and trails. Oakridge Green itself will have 32 detached homes on 42′ and 50′ lots. According to the development application submitted to the city, there will also be a future mixed-use building within the subdivision and a natural heritage building.

Highway 404 is just a few minutes’ drive away and offers easy access to much of Yok Region, whether it be the centre of Richmond Hill and Markham to the south or Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury and Georgina to the north.  If you don’t want to drive, Oakridge Green is also just a short distance away from Gormley Go station, which is on the Richmond Hill line of the GO train system. That line runs three trains to Union Station every weekday morning and three back in the opposite direction later in the day. With a journey time of around an hour, it’s an easy way to get into downtown Toronto.
