Queen Church condos is a new downtown Toronto condo by developers Bazis and Tridel.

The development is located on the northeast corner of Queen St E and Church St, at 60 Queen St E. It will sit on the north side of Queen Street and street between Church Street and Dalhousie Street, giving it street-level frontage on three separate streets. To make the most of the prime location and large street frontage, there will be retail units at ground level, making up a total of approximately 2690 sq. ft. of retail space.

Queen Church condos will have 57 storeys upon completion, with a total of 445 residential suites inside. The suites come in a variety of shapes and sizes: there are studio suites, one-bedroom suites, one-bedroom plus den suites, two-bedroom suites and three-bedroom suites. These suites range in size from 408 sq. ft. to 809 sq. ft. and will have 8.5 ft ceilings on floors 8 to 35 and 9 ft. ceilings on higher floors.

Amenities at Queen Church condos include those listed above and will be both indoors and outdoors. In total, there will be approximately 10,860 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space and approximately 6,160 sq. ft. of outdoor amenity space.

There will be four levels of underground parking at Queen Church condos, with a total of 51 parking spaces. This means parking will be at a premium and will likely only be available with larger units to begin with. Fortunately there are plenty of other options for getting around, thanks to the fact that Queen Church condos is in close proximity to three subway stations, steps away from the Queen Street streetcar, and is just a short distance from Union Station. The development will also include 402 long-term bicycle parking spaces and 45 short-term bicycle parking spaces.
