The Residences on Lombard - More Details

The Residences on Lombard is a new limited-edition collection of boutique lofts in downtown Toronto. The building, which incorporates the existing 19^th century red brick façade, has just five levels. The 17 boutique lofts are located on levels two to five, with the two units on the upper level boasting large outdoor terraces.

The units range in size from 554 to 1,334 sq. ft. and have one to two bedrooms. They come with a number of impressive features, such as engineered hardwood floors in living areas, quartz countertops, classic brushed metal door handles and hardware, integrated kitchen appliances, smooth ceilings that are over nine feet on floors three to four and 10 feet on floors two and five, individual climate control, various custom and designer finishes, and a variety of other features.

The building itself has a private entrance from Lombard Street and a dedicated concierge for the benefit of residents. Residents of The Residences on Lombard will have access to the amenities of two other buildings – Yonge+Rich tower and Lombard Tower – and they will be able to access those buildings via an exclusive skywalk.
