Sugar Wharf Condominiums is the residential phase of an exciting, mixed-use development by Menkes close to the waterfront in Toronto.

Situated on the site of the former LCBO head office, the development will include a new residential condo towers, office buildings, retail space, a new LCBO head office, and a park. This will all be connected to Toronto’s PATH network – providing covered access to downtown for the 8,000 people that the project will house.

The first phase of Sugar Wharf condos will see two towers built. These will rise a total of 70 and 64 storeys – adding a new landmark to the waterfront skyline and providing incredible views for some of the residents. The initial floorplans have units with studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts. The units range in size from 402 to 1,280 square feet and each of the floorplans has a balcony included.

Units have been designed to be spacious and add a touch of luxury. Each unit at Sugar Wharf Condominiums will include:
