Westerly Condos - More Details

Westerly condos is a new high-rise residential tower in Etobicoke. It is located in a growing area in the west of Toronto that is popular due to its excellent transit options, with both subway and train stations nearby.

The 20-storey condominium is part of a development consisting of two towers, the second of which is a rental building. Westerly condos will contain 257 residential suites that will range from 502 to 1,120 square feet. As can be seen in the floorplans above, there are a number of layouts available for buyers, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom. Floors 6 to 12 will each contain 14 suites, while floors 13 to 20 will contain 11 suites each. On each of these floors, the four suites occupying the corners of the building will have balconies; other units do not have balconies.

Parking spaces are available to buy with suites that are above 520 square feet. Maintenance fees are expected to be approximate $0.75/sq. ft./month and will utilities and unlimited internet. Westerly condos will also be equipped with the Tridel Connect package, which includes digital locks on suite entrances, live one-way video on lobby intercom, licence plate ID access to the parking lot, and smart suite monitoring and climate control via the in-suite pad or on your smartphone.

The amenities at Westerly condos are spread out on the first and fifth floors. The fifth floor is where most of the outdoor amenities are located, including a large terrace with fireplace lounge, BBQs and a playground for kids.
