Olive Residences - More Details

Olive Residences is a new condo development located at the intersection of Yonge and Finch in North York.

The prime location is one of the most appealing features of this new condo, with a TTC subway and bus station just metres away. That station is the northernmost stop on the eastern side of line 1 of Toronto’s subway system, which makes it an excellent option for anyone commuting to downtown Toronto or simply wanting to travel elsewhere in the city. Alongside the TTC services at Finch station are York Regional Transit bus services and GO bus services, that can take you elsewhere in the GTA and Ontario.

Olive Residences itself is an impressive looking development. The 29-storey tower will stand on the northwest corner of Olive Avenue and Doris Avenue. Inside there will be 350 residential units ranging in size from 405 to 980 sq. ft. in indoor floor space. There are a variety of models available: Junior one-bedroom form 405 to 446 sq. ft., one-bedroom from 465 to 580 sq. ft., one-bedroom plus den from 595 to 659 sq. ft., two-bedroom from 669 to 980, and three-bedroom models with 940 sq. ft. of floor space. Most of the models have a balcony for outdoor space, although some just have a Juliette balcony.

Each of the units at Olive Residences will have impressive features and finishes.
